Own and improve Lantern’s Growth Marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, and Nooks. Design lead-management workflows, integrations, AI-powered automation, and measurable conversion tracking. Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions, manage a systems roadmap, pilot tools, assess ROI, and present build-versus-buy recommendations. Partner with Salesforce teams on implementations while using Flows, Apex, and SQL as needed. The role requires autonomous execution, strong documentation, testing, and communication with nontechnical marketing leaders.

Lead commercial planning and compensation for the Commercial organization: own annual planning, OKRs, coverage and capacity models, compensation design and administration, quotas, commission accuracy, long-term planning models, and executive/Board reporting. Partner with Commercial leadership, Finance, Field Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate growth strategy into operating plans and ensure timely, accurate commission payouts.

Embed with Commercial teams to run discovery and root-cause analysis, design and build end-to-end AI automation solutions, deploy and drive adoption, enable AI fluency across teams through best practices and an AI Hub, run hackathons, collaborate with GTM Systems engineering, and maintain a prioritized Commercial AI roadmap.
