Outbound-focused senior SDR responsible for prospecting HR and benefits leaders via calls, email, LinkedIn and video to generate pipeline and set qualified meetings. Partner with marketing and AEs to refine messaging, keep Salesforce updated, iterate on outreach, and stay current on benefits and specialty care trends to drive quota attainment and high-quality conversations.

Embed with Commercial teams to run discovery and root-cause analysis, design and build end-to-end AI automation solutions, deploy and drive adoption, enable AI fluency across teams through best practices and an AI Hub, run hackathons, collaborate with GTM Systems engineering, and maintain a prioritized Commercial AI roadmap.

Support outbound Care Advocate operations by collecting, compiling, and validating CRM and contact-center data; building dashboards and recurring reports; analyzing performance and trends; delivering insights to leadership; maintaining reporting infrastructure, tracking tools, and documentation; and supporting ad hoc analyses and cross-functional data requests.
