Own Encord Platform messaging across use cases, verticals, and personas. Develop positioning, value propositions, customer stories, sales enablement, website content, campaigns, and event materials. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and growth marketing teams to refine offerings, support go-to-market plans, and engage enterprise AI customers. Serve as a technical platform expert, including presenting and demonstrating products to prospects and at events.

Lead Encord’s business development growth by building and scaling its pipeline-generation engine, developing outbound campaigns and messaging, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and company leadership, and mentoring Commercial Associates and BDRs. The role focuses on sales enablement, coaching, team development, experimentation, prospect engagement, and achieving ambitious growth targets within a high-growth AI startup.

Lead and scale Encord’s sales organization, owning revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market markets. Hire, coach, and develop sales talent while personally managing sales cycles during ramp-up. Shape go-to-market strategy, expand ideal customer profiles and verticals, position the AI infrastructure product, engage senior technical buyers, represent the company externally, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
