The Manager, Software Project Management oversees project delivery across fifteen active projects, managing resources, risks, and portfolio health while developing a project management team and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Lead design, development, and execution of manual and automated tests across software and data systems. Build and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD quality integrations, write UI and integration tests, analyze defects, improve quality metrics, mentor junior QA engineers, and adopt new testing tools to reduce delivery risk and improve test coverage.

Lead planning, administration, and performance of major energy-efficiency programs. Set strategic direction, manage budgets and contracts, forecast savings, ensure QA/QC, develop staff and delivery standards, build client relationships, support business development, and drive continuous improvement to meet program goals and regulatory compliance.

The Business Development Lead develops business strategies, manages proposals, collaborates cross-functionally, and influences business growth in energy efficiency and utility markets.
