Provide primary and palliative home-based medical care to homebound geriatric patients in Brooklyn. Perform exams, develop diagnoses and treatment plans, order tests and medications, communicate with families and clinical staff, and attend medical staff meetings. Work autonomously with support from a Medical Director and in-house clinical team.

Conduct community outreach and referral development for mobile primary care services. Analyze target markets, develop and implement marketing plans, visit healthcare facilities to present credentials and obtain referrals, attend meetings, and support office staff with updates and education.

Lead and develop regional liaison growth teams for house calls and hospice, build strategic referral and payer partnerships, drive revenue targets, implement CRM and analytics for pipeline and KPI tracking, recruit/train/coach staff, and collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, finance, and compliance teams to expand market presence.

Lead design and expansion of a unified analytics data platform integrating Medicare claims, clinical systems, and vendor feeds. Implement AI-augmented data engineering (LLM coding assistants, automated QA, autonomous data-quality agents), build validation/reconciliation/audit infrastructure, partner with analytics teams for reporting and modeling needs, and drive large-scale analytics platform and web app implementation while collaborating with IT on security and deployment standards.
