Respond to inbound customer calls, make outbound verification calls, request additional information, resolve issues through phone, email, or fax, and maintain accurate customer account records. The role includes a three-week training program and requires strong communication, empathy, multitasking, adaptability, comfort with technology, and success in a remote work environment.
