The Director of Mainframe Systems Programming oversees delivery projects, manages teams for hardware and software lifecycle management, drives innovation, and builds stakeholder relationships.

This role focuses on designing automation solutions across multiple platforms, reducing human intervention through innovative engineering, and enhancing system performance using agile methodologies.

Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and commercialization for mainframe hybrid data and integration services. Enable mainframe data and transactions as consumable APIs, drive API enablement, data extraction/streaming, and connectivity solutions. Partner with engineering, sales, solution architects, and marketing to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, prioritize features, and support go-to-market and sales engagement.
