Lead a forward-deployed engineering team serving US customers from Bengaluru. Build and ship customer-specific connectors, ingestion integrations, context-graph capabilities, and agent workflows directly in customer environments. Own customer outcomes, prioritization, onsite delivery, adoption, and handoffs into product engineering. Partner with sales engineering and customer success, manage requirements and expectations, and maintain product-engineering quality while remaining hands-on technically. The role requires frequent customer interaction, team leadership, rapid solution design, and approximately 30% travel to customer sites.

Own top-of-funnel global outbound: research target accounts, craft personalized outreach across email/LinkedIn/phone, run discovery calls, qualify prospects, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and leadership to refine positioning and pipeline.

Serve as the CEO's right hand to translate founder intent into scoped workstreams, run operating rhythms, prepare board/investor materials, own finance-adjacent operations, lead cross-functional projects, build data-driven analyses and narratives, operate AI-natively, and support go-to-market and sales efforts to grow ARR.
