Leads organizational strategy and regional operations for EO’s US West region, supporting chapter health, member engagement, growth, and retention. Manages a cross-functional team, regional budget, volunteer council relationships, action plans, events, and leadership recruitment. Analyzes performance data, identifies risks, aligns regional initiatives with global priorities, and represents EO at meetings and events. Requires strong executive leadership, business development, stakeholder management, diplomacy, analytical ability, and operational ownership.
