Teams at Envoy

Partner with EMEA sales teams on technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, security reviews, RFPs, and integration discussions. Address identity, access control, APIs, compliance, and data residency questions; investigate customer issues using logs and SQL; support product roadmap feedback; and train revenue teams on technical topics. The hybrid NYC role requires early EMEA coverage hours and approximately 30% international travel.

As a Channel Account Manager, you will drive revenue through managing partner relationships, recruiting new partners, and collaborating with various teams to ensure success in pipeline and revenue goals.
