The Enterprise Account Executive will build new business, develop sales strategies, prospect for leads, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate complex contracts, close enterprise SaaS deals, meet sales targets, maintain decision-maker relationships, and provide market and performance feedback to leadership. The role also supports timely product delivery based on client needs.

Coordinates executive calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, customer and prospect engagements, events, follow-ups, and action items for US leadership and go-to-market teams. Supports front-of-house office operations, welcomes stakeholders, manages conference rooms and logistics, and resolves urgent operational needs. Requires strong organization, initiative, responsiveness, communication, ownership, and comfort working with executives and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Provide U.S. commercial legal support for sales, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS, partner, reseller, vendor, and vendor agreements. Advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risk, develop contract templates and playbooks, and collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance to enable strategic transactions and scalable legal processes.
