Build and execute sales strategy for enterprise accounts in NYC: prospect, manage full sales cycle, negotiate complex deals, close Enterprise SaaS deals, hit targets, and maintain executive relationships.

Provide U.S. commercial legal support for sales, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS, partner, reseller, vendor, and vendor agreements. Advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risk, develop contract templates and playbooks, and collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance to enable strategic transactions and scalable legal processes.

The Channel Manager will recruit and develop strategic partners, drive pipeline and revenue through these partners, and provide necessary training and support to ensure their success.
