The Director of Employee Relations leads the strategy for employee relations, oversees complex investigations, and enhances employee engagement and culture at Equinox. They collaborate with leadership to manage workplace matters, improve recognition programs, and utilize data to mitigate risks and trends.

Lead enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives from strategy through execution. Manage project plans, governance, timelines, metrics, and stakeholder alignment. Facilitate workshops, remove execution barriers, partner with Analytics for measurement, and drive ROI and member retention improvements.

Support FP&A and strategic planning by owning monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and studio-level P&L reviews. Build financial models, develop KPI dashboards, partner cross-functionally on business cases, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
