Leads enterprise talent development strategy and operations across field and corporate teams. Owns performance, goal-setting, succession, talent assessment, engagement, coaching, and leadership development processes. Drives change management, process adoption, data-based metrics, dashboards, LMS effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Partners with executives and People & Culture leaders, coaches managers, manages one to two direct reports, and supports a culture of development, accountability, and strong succession pipelines.

Lead Equinox’s organic social and influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Own editorial planning, creator partnerships, affiliate commerce, agency relationships, creative quality, social technology, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows. Build and develop a high-performing team while translating brand positioning into culturally relevant ideas that drive engagement, member acquisition, and revenue.

Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and studio-level P&L reviews. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions. Prepare Board presentations and translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
