Manages and supervises a Career Services team, overseeing job-seeker development strategies, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, staff training, quality improvement, and customer service. The role leads program development, motivates employees, coordinates with business services and training teams, and supports workforce development for diverse and hard-to-serve populations.

Provides case management, coaching, counseling, job-placement assistance, and retention support to workforce program customers. Conducts employment workshops, reviews assessments, develops vocational goals, coordinates service providers, performs outreach, and refers customers to suitable openings. Documents activities using standard forms and electronic systems while following publicly funded program policies, vocational rehabilitation requirements, and applicable regulations.
