Manage and grow Esri relationships with New York City government customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, account planning, pipeline development, solution selling, stakeholder engagement, presenting GIS-based solutions, negotiating, and executing sales processes. The role requires understanding government budgeting and procurement, translating geospatial technology into customer solutions, collaborating across teams, and traveling domestically or internationally 25–50%.

Manage and grow strategic accounts with large cities and affiliated organizations by applying Esri GIS technology. Build executive relationships, drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, lead cross-functional strategies, present at events, and meet revenue targets while mentoring teammates.

Own and scale Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementations. Design data collection architecture using Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams; govern XDM schemas, identity, datasets, and data quality. Develop tagging, CJA connections and views, audience activation, privacy frameworks, and event-driven data layers. Troubleshoot ingestion and identity issues, integrate Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream systems, and collaborate with stakeholders on scalable technical solutions, governance, documentation, and enablement.
