Direct enterprise-wide training and development across clinical, administrative, and leadership functions. Responsibilities include identifying skill gaps, creating learning pathways, managing the LMS, measuring training effectiveness, aligning programs with talent management and succession planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning, ADDIE and Kirkpatrick methodologies, healthcare systems, workforce development, and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead multiple healthcare IT projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, schedules, risks, resources, vendors, stakeholders, compliance, change management, and system deployments. Serve as liaison among clinical, operational, technical, and executive teams; produce project documentation and status reports; facilitate meetings; coordinate training and post-implementation support; and mentor junior team members. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data security standards while delivering initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
