Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Disability Insurance

Etsy covers at no cost to you, short-term disability (26 weeks @ 100% salary) and long-term disability (up to 24 mths @ 60% earnings). You can also elect for Critical Illness insurance (up to $30k).

When an employee of Etsy adopts a child or has a child through surrogacy during his/her employment, Etsy will reimburse up to a maximum of $7,500 per child or birth for allowable expenses.
