Serve as primary client owner for assigned RCM accounts, monitor revenue-cycle KPIs, lead strategic client meetings, drive corrective action plans with billing/claims/coding teams, produce reports and business reviews, ensure HIPAA compliance, and optimize collections and payer workflows to improve financial outcomes and client satisfaction.

Lead design, implement, and maintain Salesforce and Zuora CPQ/Billing solutions across lead-to-quote and quote-to-revenue processes. Run discovery and design sessions, develop Apex and declarative Salesforce solutions, configure Zuora product catalog and subscription workflows, integrate systems, lead UAT, train users, and mentor team members while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Ops.

The staff software engineer will lead technical design, develop AWS microservices and automation solutions, and mentor team members.
