Lead multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects across Enterprise functions and Vertical business units. Create and execute project plans, manage teams via Asana, track risks and deliverables, communicate status to stakeholders and executives, drive change management, optimize PMO processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Lead enterprise application strategy and architecture for Finance and G&A, drive high-velocity billing consolidation, embed AI/automation across core workflows, ensure SOX compliance and strong controls, and build/scale an applications team while partnering with execs and vendors to accelerate transformation.
