Teams at Every Mother Counts

Manages nonprofit fundraising operations, including Salesforce administration, donor data, gift processing, reconciliation, reporting, campaign logistics, stewardship communications, events, and vendor coordination. Collaborates with Finance, Development, and Engagement teams to maintain accurate records, improve workflows, support donor relationships, and ensure timely execution of fundraising activities.

Provides executive support to the Founder/President, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, deadline tracking, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates Board and committee meetings, maintains the Board portal, records minutes, and follows up on action items. Supports office operations through event logistics, internal scheduling, records management, vendor coordination, and guest reception. Requires discretion, strong judgment, organization, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with office, CRM, and project management tools.
