Supports regulatory submissions for clinical trials under the direction of regulatory leadership. Responsibilities include preparing documents for sponsors and IRBs, maintaining investigator files, collecting signatures, updating study logs and training records, filing correspondence, resolving monitoring findings, and archiving study documents. The role requires knowledge of medical terminology, clinical research processes, GCP, ICH guidelines, HIPAA, strong organization and attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Assists with Phase I-IV clinical trials by dispensing investigational medications, collecting biological specimens, performing venipuncture, vital signs, ECGs, and point-of-care tests. Processes, labels, stores, ships, and disposes of specimens while maintaining accurate subject documentation and regulatory compliance. The clinician follows physician orders, study protocols, Good Clinical Practices, site procedures, and safety requirements, while collaborating with providers and research staff.

Manages clinical research projects from start-up through completion, overseeing scope, budgets, timelines, study materials, vendors, sites, regulatory compliance, data review, reporting, and client communications. Leads multidisciplinary internal and external teams, develops protocols and clinical documents, reviews monitoring reports, supports inspections, and ensures deliverables meet contractual, protocol, SOP, and quality requirements. The role is fully remote with occasional off-site meetings and conferences.
