Own outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to build enterprise and developer pipeline. Engage technical and executive stakeholders via email, phone, and social, craft targeted messaging, partner with AEs and marketing, hit monthly meeting and pipeline quotas, and contribute to outbound playbooks and performance tracking.

Build Exa's technical sourcing function: design outbound sequences, craft cold outreach, find and enrich passive engineering and research candidates using Exa's search/agent tools and community channels, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and iterate recruiting systems and workflows.
