Own product strategy and roadmap for an agentic AI platform that enables practitioners and AI agents to run defensible tax analysis on trusted data. Define compliance-grade requirements, agent access surface, and data-product contracts. Manage external data sourcing, measure success by practitioner outcomes, and collaborate closely with AI and data engineering leaders to deliver production results.

As a Staff Data Engineer, you'll lead the data engineering team, own the Databricks platform, build production pipelines, and engage with stakeholders while driving architectural judgement and maintaining platform quality.
