Gather requirements, document functional specifications, assess configurations, define testing, investigate production issues, and support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements. Collaborate with finance, operations, product control, technology, development, testing, and client stakeholders in a hybrid environment requiring approximately 60% onsite attendance in New York.
