The Threat Cybersecurity Engineer will administer and optimize EDR, SIEM, and security monitoring tools; investigate threats across endpoint, identity, cloud, application, and network environments; conduct threat hunting; develop MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detections and automated response workflows; manage attack-surface and vulnerability risks; coordinate incident response and recovery; maintain playbooks and metrics; and participate in on-call support.

Provides senior-level technical application support for SaaS customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident and escalation management, release testing, implementation and upgrade coordination, customer training, support-process optimization, documentation, automation, server-support assistance, and on-call coverage. The role collaborates with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Sales, and Incident Management teams while owning issues through resolution.

Owns database engineering patterns for federal programs, including schema standards, replication, query performance, backups, disaster recovery, security, and zero-downtime migrations. The role operates shared AWS database infrastructure, supports program teams, handles escalations and on-call responsibilities, and advises customers on data residency, retention, encryption, and access. Candidates need deep production database experience, analytics-store expertise, AWS RDS/Aurora experience, FedRAMP exposure, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
