Lead CRM lifecycle marketing from strategy through execution and optimization for outbound channels (email, SMS, push). Build large-scale, personalized campaigns using ML/predictive models, manage campaign builds, QA, segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, analyze performance to improve lifecycle journeys and fan LTV, and collaborate with internal partners and vendors to meet performance targets.

Manage end-to-end data analytics engagements: gather requirements, plan projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, build data pipelines, apply statistical and machine learning methods, create visualizations and dashboards, ensure data quality, support CI/CD deployments, and present insights to clients.

Lead client engagements as primary contact for senior stakeholders; manage multiple analytics and consulting projects from scope to delivery. Apply SQL, Python, R, statistical modeling and machine learning, and use Tableau/Power BI to produce data-driven insights. Lead cross-functional teams, support account growth, and contribute to business development and industry outreach.
