Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and Digital technology roles. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using technical communities and alternate channels, build passive candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers on talent markets, manage candidate experience, maintain ATS reporting, and improve hiring velocity, quality, diversity, and assessment processes.

Own the strategic roadmap and cross-functional delivery of an enterprise data and BI platform. Coordinate business, product, engineering, governance, and analytics teams; prioritize reporting, dashboards, self-service capabilities, and platform enhancements. Translate requirements into delivery plans, manage dependencies and backlogs, oversee governance and data quality, communicate progress to leadership, and track adoption and business outcomes.
