Leads business development for EXP’s Northeast sector by developing pursuit strategies, managing project pipelines, supporting proposals and awards submissions, building client relationships, coordinating with practice and project teams, maintaining CRM data, serving as a brand ambassador, managing key accounts, and attending industry networking events.

Leads Northeast-sector operations, business development, client relationships, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include procuring projects, managing project teams from bid through completion, overseeing staffing and deliverable quality, mentoring employees, coordinating multiple projects, reviewing contract and budget changes, serving as project manager for strategic work, improving operational processes, and representing EXP with clients and professional organizations.

Coordinate electronic and printed engineering document distribution, maintain document databases and project directories, manage access and submittal logs, monitor past-due deliverables, produce regular document management reports, and perform basic system maintenance and administrative tasks.

Perform QA/QC of specifications, drawings and calculations; ensure code compliance; lead equipment selection and HVAC/fire protection design; write specs, reports and life-cycle cost analyses; modify controls and sequences; mentor designers; attend bid meetings and site visits; develop and monitor work plans.
