Manage complex infrastructure projects across transit, rail, structural, roadway, and tunneling practices. Responsibilities include project delivery, schedules, financials, staffing, client and subcontractor relationships, proposals, billing, change orders, technical document oversight, and team leadership. The role requires a New York Professional Engineer license, civil engineering expertise, market development experience, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects for Northeast clients.

Leads business development for EXP’s Northeast sector by developing pursuit strategies, managing project pipelines, supporting proposals and awards submissions, building client relationships, coordinating with practice and project teams, maintaining CRM data, serving as a brand ambassador, managing key accounts, and attending industry networking events.

Perform QA/QC of specifications, drawings and calculations; ensure code compliance; lead equipment selection and HVAC/fire protection design; write specs, reports and life-cycle cost analyses; modify controls and sequences; mentor designers; attend bid meetings and site visits; develop and monitor work plans.
