Lead and manage the design process for multiple real estate development projects, focusing on interior design and FF&E. Coordinate design consultants, contractors, procurement, and construction teams; oversee construction administration, field visits, value engineering, and shop drawing/RFI processes. Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and the Founder to implement design intent and guide the in-house design team through project delivery.

Welcome residents and guests, maintain safe and efficient arrival/departure flow, assist with transportation and luggage, provide building and local area information, and perform other assigned duties while working the overnight shift.

Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across multiple projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants, review/redline drawings, manage FF&E and art programs, perform feasibility and constructability reviews, conduct product/finish research, draft in AutoCAD and 3D, and support construction administration including RFIs, submittals and punch lists. Work across office, property locations and active construction sites.
