As a Product Designer II, you'll enhance visual design, collaborate with teams, and deliver user-centered solutions using Figma in a fast-paced startup.

Review and adjudicate complex product and shipping protection claims, serve as escalation contact, investigate fraud, coordinate service technicians/parts, communicate decisions to customers and partners, maintain documentation, meet SLAs, and recommend process improvements.

Analyze large-scale data to detect fraud, derive insights, develop monitoring solutions, and collaborate on fraud prevention strategies cross-functionally.
