The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Revenue and Product & Engineering teams, developing innovative strategies and acting as a brand ambassador.

Own GTM strategy and category growth for assigned retail verticals across product and shipping protection. Lead pod operations, synthesize merchant and market insights into GTM playbooks, influence the product roadmap, advise key accounts, design custom solutions, and drive revenue and pricing competitiveness using data and AI-driven tools.

Lead end-to-end development of fraud and risk ML systems: define problems, engineer features, build and evaluate models, collaborate with product and engineering, deploy with ML engineers, and monitor production performance to detect drift and trigger retraining.
