First in-house Controller to build and own accounting infrastructure at a fast-growing AI startup. Lead month-end and quarter-end close, manage ERP/expense/payroll tooling, design scalable controls and automation, handle revenue recognition, tax coordination, audit readiness, and support FP&A, cash/burn tracking, and leadership reporting while directing an outsourced accounting team.

Provide high-leverage support to the CEO managing calendar, inbox, travel, expenses, and confidential information. Run NYC office operations, coordinate with SF office manager, support London office setup, plan meetings and events, and handle vendor and facilities relationships.

Embed with enterprise clients to build production integrations and custom features on F2's platform. Write production code, ship via CI/CD, prototype quickly, own technical relationships, generalize solutions into platform capabilities, and bring field insights back to product and engineering.
