Design and develop an enterprise-grade proxy solution using Rust, focusing on performance optimization, feature development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Leads the strategic vision for manufacturing engineering, test, and test development across outsourced hardware production lines. Oversees contract manufacturer test capabilities, automation, analytics, networking, remote monitoring, test infrastructure, factory uptime, DFM and DFTest integration, and production process improvements. Manages technical issue resolution, budgets, policy exceptions, IT interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, and executive stakeholder relationships while building team capabilities and aligning operations with corporate goals.
