Serve as a technical leader supporting sales across enterprise, service provider, and public sector customers. Evaluate F5 solutions, explain technical and business trade-offs, conduct demonstrations and presentations, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Development. Provide expertise in application delivery, security, cloud, Kubernetes, containers, Linux, NGINX, APIs, AI infrastructure, and automation. Act as a technical evangelist, publish educational content, mentor solution engineering teams, and support strategic opportunities and product launches.

Lead technical customer onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support for AI cybersecurity products. Own technical customer relationships, create implementation plans, manage risks and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, triage issues, document repeatable processes, and provide customer feedback to product teams. The role requires enterprise infrastructure expertise, AI deployment experience, complex integration skills, and strong project management in a high-growth environment.

Supports major-account sales through technical expertise, solution design, demonstrations, presentations, proofs of concept, and technical validation. Advises customers on F5 Distributed Cloud, application networking, web and API security, ADCs, and related solutions. Partners with account managers throughout complex sales cycles, maps stakeholders, coordinates internal teams, and mentors junior sales engineers. Requires strong F5 product knowledge, networking expertise, autonomy, collaboration, and customer-facing communication skills.
