Lead and manage a 6-8 person Mid-Market Account Executive team selling to engineering organizations. Own regional revenue, hire and ramp reps, coach through technical multi-stakeholder cycles, run accurate forecasting and pipeline inspection, scale SF and NYC GTM hubs, and partner cross-functionally to drive new logos, expansion, and renewals.

Provide high-velocity commercial legal support for enterprise US deals, negotiating MSAs, licensing, NDAs, and SaaS agreements. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to close deals quickly, manage risk, and scale legal playbooks, templates, and negotiation guardrails.

The Strategic Partnerships Lead will manage key partner relationships, drive partnerships strategy, analyze market opportunities, negotiate agreements, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve partnership success.

Lead workplace operations for New York and London offices, overseeing facilities, vendor and budget management, employee and guest experience, onboarding logistics, events, and workplace technology to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming office environments.
