Plans and executes risk-based operational, financial, and compliance audits; evaluates internal controls, identifies deficiencies, oversees remediation, and reports findings to leadership. Supports SOX and ICFR compliance, develops audit plans, coordinates resources, mentors audit staff, and partners with business stakeholders and external auditors. Provides risk, governance, and control recommendations to improve business performance and audit effectiveness.

Leads FactSet’s global Regional People Partner organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Oversees employee relations, workforce risk, employment compliance, policy governance, performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and change initiatives. Advises executives on complex workforce matters and leads people due diligence, integration, and stabilization for mergers and acquisitions. Builds a consistent global employee experience while adapting practices to regional requirements.

Leads complex client implementations for FactSet’s portfolio analytics, performance, and risk solutions. Responsibilities include scoping engagements, creating project plans and workflow specifications, providing product and technical guidance, supporting integrations, enhancing deployments, training users, identifying expansion opportunities, partnering with Product Development and Engineering, and transitioning clients to support.
