Teams at Factset

Designs, develops, and maintains high-performance full-stack Order Management System features for financial trading applications. The role focuses on Java backend development, frontend functionality, scalability, low latency, troubleshooting, architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and technical collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Leads FactSet’s corporate development strategy, including acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Owns the full M&A lifecycle from opportunity identification through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing, integration, and value capture. Partners with executive and board-level stakeholders, represents the company externally, builds repeatable M&A processes, manages advisors and industry relationships, and coaches the corporate development team.

Supports FactSet’s corporate governance and securities function by preparing board materials, maintaining corporate books and minutes, managing SEC and exchange filings, leading Section 16 reporting, tracking beneficial ownership, and administering insider trading compliance. The role also supports annual shareholder meetings, legal files, governance process improvements, and general Legal team administration. Requires in-house securities paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, SEC reporting knowledge, and proficiency with EDGAR, board portals, and Microsoft Office.
