The Media Data Analyst will enhance Media datasets, oversee data extraction and transformation, and collaborate with clients and teams to improve product features.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing enterprise implementations and hosting migrations for FactSet Buy Side products. Own governance, risk management, scheduling, budgets, vendor coordination, cross-functional alignment, client stakeholder communication, resource planning, cutover and transition to production to ensure predictable, scalable outcomes.

Serve as a technical account manager for Portware EMS, leading implementations, gathering requirements, coordinating product/engineering/support/sales, advocating for clients, delivering new features, onboarding/training users, and enabling broker/connectivity and reporting to retain and expand client relationships.
