Own visual and interaction design for Faherty’s e-commerce site and app, translating seasonal brand direction into responsive, accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Design flows, wireframes, interfaces, prototypes, components, and campaign modules; ship updates directly in Shopify; collaborate with development, QA, marketing, merchandising, and creative teams; optimize designs using research, testing, performance data, and business KPIs. Extend brand systems through digital channels while maintaining strong typography, layout, composition, and storytelling.

Leads integrated creative calendars, cross-functional product and go-to-market timelines, milestone tracking, planning sessions, reporting, and process optimization across creative, design, product, retail, visual merchandising, store development, and marketing teams. Identifies risks and dependencies, drives accountability without direct authority, coordinates Native Design partners, and supports strategic initiatives and special projects for Creative Operations leadership.
