Develop, deploy, and maintain training programs, SOPs, and e-learning for property management staff. Lead technology rollouts, change management, KPI tracking, LMS administration, and facilitate in-person and virtual training to ensure adoption and operational consistency across the portfolio.

Lead financial strategy, manage budgeting and forecasting, develop reporting infrastructure, and drive data-driven decision-making using AI and tech innovations.

Review resident files and perform initial, annual, and interim recertifications to ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 guidelines. Calculate rents and retroactive adjustments, investigate income discrepancies, prepare verifications, schedule interviews, maintain tenant records, and respond to HUD concerns. Support portfolio-wide compliance and related administrative duties.
