Manages day-to-day operations and compliance for an affordable housing property. Oversees HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, LIHTC, REAC, MOR, and occupancy requirements; supports tenant issues, collections, lease violations, evictions, inspections, maintenance, vendors, renovations, budgets, and reporting. Supervises on-site staff and coordinates with compliance, construction, legal, and regional management teams to maintain the property and address regulatory or operational needs.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a multi-state property management organization while designing and scaling an automated recruiting process. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing talent, advising hiring managers, implementing ATS and recruiting technologies, building workflows and dashboards, improving hiring efficiency and quality, and potentially hiring and leading a recruiting team.

Provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to Senior Regional Managers and regional teams across a multi-state affordable housing portfolio. Tasks include budget preparation and variance reporting, financial and performance reporting, capital project coordination, due diligence for acquisitions, market research, and program rollout support. Maintain records, analyze trends, prepare presentations, and coordinate travel and expense reporting to improve operational efficiency.
