Build and deploy AI and automation workflows for FalconX’s Legal department. Redesign legal processes, structure legal knowledge, configure tools and integrations, manage intake and outside counsel workflows, establish human-review and access standards, train users, and measure adoption and efficiency. The role partners with counsel, IT, Security, and vendors to reduce repetitive work, improve turnaround times, and enable reliable self-service legal operations.

In this role, you will manage FalconX's licensing efforts, ensure product compliance with regulations, and act as a regulatory liaison for global inquiries. You will also analyze legislative changes to inform business strategies.

Architect and develop low-latency electronic trading systems using Rust and Java. Build market-data pipelines, order and execution management systems, risk checks, session controls, venue connectivity, Aeron messaging, and SBE schemas. Integrate exchange APIs and design resilient order lifecycles, trade data pipelines, reconciliation, monitoring, and compliance systems. Own the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with quant, trading, infrastructure, and data teams.
