The role requires mortgage servicing expertise, strategic planning, strong communication, leadership by influence, financial and technical aptitude, and effective management of client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Develops, originates, and manages a pipeline of business-purpose real estate investment loans, including DSCR rental, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, and Rental Portfolio financing. Evaluates borrower needs, structures lending solutions, manages loans through closing and funding, develops referral relationships, and achieves production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
