Provide culturally competent case management and transition planning for incarcerated individuals, conducting assessments, developing person-centered service plans, coordinating reentry services, maintaining compliant documentation, reporting outcomes, and ensuring continuity of care from jail to community.

Perform variance analyses, prepare P&L and quarterly earnings packages, support annual budgeting and quarterly outlooks, and develop reports, dashboards, and financial projections. Analyze Salesforce data, recommend process improvements, and communicate insights to stakeholders while ensuring accuracy in management reporting.

Supervise janitorial supervisors and cleaning crews across multiple sites; oversee daily cleaning operations, training, inspections, scheduling, and shift coverage. Handle customer service issues, employee relations, reporting, and identify opportunities for additional services. Perform floor care and specialty cleaning oversight and assist with hiring and performance management.

Develop and execute sector-specific employer engagement strategies in NYC to build 15–20 strategic partnerships annually, create training and pre-employment pathways, support internal teams with labor market analysis, drive employer opportunities (50+ annually), and ensure at least 70% of clients connect to high-demand roles. Monitor KPIs and expand employer services to increase client placements and employer satisfaction.

Provide direct consultation and support for social, emotional, and behavioral functioning of neurodivergent learners in a culinary training program. Implement ABA-based interventions, assist with functional behavioral assessments, collect and record behavioral data, develop and support behavior/learning plans, maintain a safe supportive environment, engage families, and provide client transportation as needed.

Provide mental health assessments and comprehensive case management for formerly incarcerated clients, including intakes, treatment planning, crisis intervention, referrals, facilitation of individual and group sessions (including CBT), documentation of case notes and records, and coordination with community providers to support client reentry and recovery.

Identify and develop employer relationships to create unsubsidized jobs for clients. Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups, secure placements, perform field visits, maintain job bank, enter case notes into record systems, design recruitment strategies and job fairs, collaborate with Work Readiness and retention teams, and produce weekly reports.

Support public housing members to enroll and complete sector-based training, GED, or college programs. Provide individualized case management, referrals, documentation, partner outreach, and performance tracking to meet contractual KPIs, maintain records in Salesforce and FedcapCARES, and coordinate wraparound services and financial aid referrals.

Serve as trusted partner to executive leadership and Boards, centralizing board administration, preparing agendas/reports, managing governance records, coordinating board communications, ensuring compliance, and driving board engagement and effectiveness across the nonprofit enterprise.

Develop employer relationships, coordinate hiring events, match and prepare participants for unsubsidized employment, conduct outreach and field visits, track job leads and employer feedback, enter case notes and employment data into systems, and meet job development and reporting benchmarks to support participant placements and retention.

Provide IT and A/V technical support across multiple locations, including NYC: set up and troubleshoot video conferencing, projectors, microphones, network equipment (switches, routers, access points), maintain data closet/datacenter hardware, coordinate with ISPs, document procedures, and drive process improvements to ensure reliable IT operations and strong end-user support.

Develop and execute sector-specific employer engagement strategies across NYC to build partnerships, identify labor market needs, and create training-to-employment pathways. Lead employer outreach, design tailored employer offers, share labor market data with placement teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, and drive business growth and commercial services to expand sustainable employment opportunities for clients.
