Lead strategy, operations, and performance for Fedcap's Wraparound Services portfolio. Oversee staff, volunteers, partners, budgets, contracts, reporting, and compliance. Drive program growth, data-driven performance management, training, and partner development to meet contractual outcomes and scale services.

Manage daily operations of VITA tax preparation sites, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure tax return quality and IRS compliance, handle site reporting, partner relations, and achieve filing targets throughout the tax season.

Provides front desk and administrative support to C-suite and Corporate Services executives. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing dining reservations and select calendars, processing expense reports, reserving conference rooms, arranging meals, coordinating IT requests, maintaining office supplies, supporting office events and executive or board meetings, and safeguarding confidential information.

Own territory and revenue targets for enterprise SaaS deals. Lead and oversee all WeCARE program operations for Manhattan/Staten Island, manage contract and budget, ensure HRA compliance, supervise leadership team, monitor performance metrics, drive quality improvement, stakeholder relations, and program innovation.

Lead and supervise a Community Partnerships Team to place clients in labor-market aligned education, training, internships, and community service. Build and manage partner relationships, ensure compliance and reporting, coach staff, and drive client retention and placement outcomes for at-risk populations.

Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across Fedcap contracts through audits, site visits, SOP development, data analysis, corrective action plans, stakeholder reporting, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to meet contract KPIs and regulatory standards.

Develop and execute sector-specific employer engagement strategies in NYC to build 15–20 strategic partnerships annually, create training and pre-employment pathways, support internal teams with labor market analysis, drive employer opportunities (50+ annually), and ensure at least 70% of clients connect to high-demand roles. Monitor KPIs and expand employer services to increase client placements and employer satisfaction.

Lead enterprise modernization, integration, and analytics as a strategic executive. Architect scalable systems and data platforms, oversee global Systems, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams, drive digital transformation, AI/RPA pilots, compliance, M&A integrations, vendor management, and measurable enterprise services across a distributed organization.
