Develop and deliver life skills, financial empowerment, and work readiness curriculum for groups up to 25 participants. Educate on benefits and budgeting, prepare participants for employment, research NY job market, coordinate with vocational rehabilitation and job development staff, track attendance/timekeeping, and refer job-ready candidates to appropriate positions.

Own territory and revenue targets for enterprise SaaS deals. Drive full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close, build executive relationships, design solutions with product/technical teams, create ROI narratives, and collaborate cross-functionally to penetrate large institutions and exceed quotas.

Develop and maintain employer relationships to secure unsubsidized jobs for clients. Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups, perform regular field visits, maintain a job bank, run recruitment events, enter case notes into SEAMS and FedcapCARES, produce reports, and coordinate with work readiness and retention teams to meet placement targets.
