Leads all academic and technical education programs, including curriculum, instruction, faculty performance, student outcomes, accreditation, regulatory compliance, and academic operations. Oversees faculty recruitment and development, curriculum quality, employer alignment, academic performance data, program improvement, staffing, budgeting, and institutional planning. Partners with senior leadership, student services, enrollment, operations, career services, employers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen student achievement, credential attainment, and employment outcomes.

Collects, reviews, enters, and maintains participant timekeeping and demographic data in FedcapCARES and SEAMS. Produces reports, identifies errors and inconsistencies, scans and catalogs documents, coordinates with staff on timekeeping issues, and conducts outreach to participants with missing records. Provides administrative support while protecting confidential information and serving individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Builds employer relationships and secures unsubsidized employment opportunities for program members. Conducts employer outreach, cold calls, field visits, interview referrals, job fairs, and employment events. Assesses member skills, prepares candidates for employment, coordinates with Workforce1 career centers, tracks employer and member outcomes, maintains case notes and reports, and supports training workshops and employment retention efforts.
