Audits and prepares student enrollment folders, processes revisions and cancellations, compiles documentation for class starts, completes reports, submits records for data entry, and manages enrollment document inventory. The role also posts signage, supports school operations, serves as a liaison, and assists with assignments while maintaining accuracy, deadlines, and effective communication.

The Financial Analyst prepares budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, management reports, P&L reports, and quarterly earnings analyses. The role develops financial projections, analyzes Salesforce data, creates dashboards and performance indicators, and provides insights to leadership and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include funder budget management, process improvement, reporting accuracy, and cross-departmental collaboration. Advanced Excel, financial modeling, accounting knowledge, and Oracle Hyperion/EPM expertise are required.

Coordinates education, training, and Alternative Engagement referrals for PACE clients. Builds provider partnerships, conducts consultations and information sessions, tracks enrollments and attendance, provides wraparound support, communicates progress with case managers, conducts provider site visits, and maintains accurate documentation and reports. The role ensures compliance with NYC HRA requirements, Fedcap policies, contractual obligations, and performance standards while aligning education and training pathways with clients’ career goals.
