Provide second- and third-level technical support for FRFS Connectivity Testing and Integration, coordinate customer onboarding and network testing, manage technical projects, maintain test lab environments, document procedures, troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, liaise with customers/vendors/internal teams, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Design and implement complex software solutions for the FedNow service. Lead projects, develop cloud applications, and provide production support while ensuring compliance and quality.

Lead and manage a directorate analyzing domestic capital markets (corporate credit, equity, municipal, securitization, commodities) to produce timely, policy‑relevant analysis supporting monetary policy and financial stability. Provide strategic direction, talent development, stakeholder engagement across the Fed and Treasury, and represent the Bank externally on capital markets issues.

Lead and manage the Foreign Exchange and Global Rates directorate overseeing FX operations, central bank liquidity swap lines, and policy-relevant market analysis. Direct managers and analysts, ensure strong risk and control practices, set strategic and analytical agendas, engage senior internal and external stakeholders (including central banks and FXC), and represent the Bank in international and market discussions. Role includes talent development, change management, and ~20% travel.

Lead the Reference Rates Directorate to produce and oversee globally important reference rates (SOFR, EFFR), manage a multi-location team, ensure robust operational controls and risk management, and deliver policy-relevant analysis of money market developments. Represent the Bank externally and coordinate with senior stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System, U.S. Treasury, other central banks, and industry groups. Drive strategic planning, talent development, and operational resiliency.

This role involves leading red team cybersecurity efforts to evaluate and improve the security posture of the Federal Reserve System through advanced attack simulations and vulnerability assessments.

Develop and scale web applications, manage large datasets, design APIs, ensure security, and collaborate in agile teams.

The Research Platform Architect will lead the technical vision for global economic research platforms, ensuring they remain scalable, secure, and innovative. Responsibilities include strategic architecture design, technical leadership, establishing governance practices, and mentoring engineering teams.

Partner with product managers and delivery teams to define and prioritize backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, test and approve changes, conduct user research and training, and translate business value into product features to support financial management systems.

Lead product efforts to grow FedNow adoption across OBO service providers, fintechs, corporates, and BaaS banks. Drive discovery, define value propositions, prioritize features, and work cross-functionally to deliver product capabilities and accelerate instant payments adoption.

Lead automation solutions development, manage integration for business applications, and ensure system performance and security. Provide technical guidance and support for junior developers.

Lead and coach operations staff to ensure 24x7 availability and administration of distributed payments systems (Fedwire, ACH, Check, FedNow). Provide real-time incident response, application monitoring, operational analysis, testing support, documentation, training, process improvement, and coordinate escalations and vendor communications.

As a Data Scientist, you will lead the development of analytics solutions, translating business problems into use cases and utilizing advanced analytics tools and infrastructure.
