Lead and manage multiple facilities programs and projects including network expansions, capital and technology projects, and maintenance. Prioritize work, optimize assets using data, manage vendors and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, develop policies, and deliver projects on time and to specification.

Lead and develop dock personnel to ensure timely, damage-free movement of LTL shipments. Coordinate dispatch, loading, routing, safety, cost-efficiency, customer rate/claim support, administrative tasks, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technology leadership, driving alignment and execution of enterprise priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage executive operating cadence, prepare executive briefings, and establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics. Coordinate escalations, facilitate stakeholder alignment, support annual planning and change management, and represent the Senior Vice President in meetings to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology and business outcomes.
