Leads end-to-end supply chain performance across a multi-warehouse distribution network, including inventory strategy, demand and supply planning, vendor management, purchasing, logistics, and SIOP. Owns inventory, cost, service, and supplier performance metrics while developing teams, implementing Lean and Six Sigma systems, improving network efficiency, and driving executive alignment. Requires approximately 20% domestic and international travel.
