The Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for meeting sales objectives, managing the sales cycle, developing relationships with key decision makers, and negotiating agreements within financial services.

Own post-sale success for a portfolio of clients—driving retention, adoption, value realization and growth. Lead governance forums, surface and mitigate churn risk, coordinate Sales/Product/Delivery/Support, provide product-facing support, supply renewal evidence, and feed customer insight back into the organization to drive expansion and product improvements.
