Build and enhance internal web applications, business tools, APIs, integrations, and Azure-hosted solutions. Support AI, automation, cloud migration, SQL, reporting, dashboards, and data initiatives. Troubleshoot issues, document systems, streamline processes, gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and own assigned work through completion. The role requires foundational software development knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, adaptability, and a bachelor’s degree, with three or more years of related hands-on experience preferred or required by the posting.

Manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, onboarding, and candidate relationship management. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to define staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, ensure lawful hiring practices, and provide recruitment training. Maintains recruiting metrics, manages agencies and educational partnerships, supports employer brand initiatives, and stays current on employment law and recruiting best practices.

Leads firmwide adoption of AI tools in partnership with attorneys and paralegals. Translates legal workflows into scalable AI solutions, manages platform configuration, supports AI governance and risk practices, and develops communications and training programs. The role requires hands-on AI platform expertise, strong project management, legal workflow knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to identify and address risks in AI-enabled legal work.
