Investigate application, integration, data, and performance issues; perform root cause analysis; support production stability; review code changes; document resolutions; improve monitoring and support processes; and mentor team members. The role collaborates with engineering, QA, business analysts, support teams, and business users, including participation in rotating after-hours incident support.

Leads risk-based operational, financial, commercial, and fraud-related audits across the audit lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning engagements, assessing risks and controls, conducting fieldwork and analytics, documenting evidence, drafting findings and reports, presenting results, coaching auditors, and advising management on mitigation and process improvements. The role also evaluates governance and compliance programs, coordinates stakeholders, applies audit standards, supports recruitment, and identifies technology-enabled testing efficiencies.

Leads Ferguson’s network security program, managing a team of up to six and overseeing firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, URL filtering, endpoint, cloud, and perimeter security. Develops strategic roadmaps, manages budgets and vendors, oversees solution design and deployments, supports major projects, and ensures operational documentation and training. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, partners with architecture and engineering teams, and provides cybersecurity domain expertise across Zero Trust, SASE, and network security.

Provide technical customer support for municipal metering systems, troubleshooting Neptune platforms, AMI systems, gateways, hardware, communications, software, data, integrations, APIs, and utility billing connections. Manage support tickets, document resolutions, collaborate with internal teams, assist with implementations, train customers and employees, and resolve complex technical issues remotely and during regional travel.

Develop competitive EPC quotations by reviewing plans and specifications, ensuring material compliance, maintaining profitable margins, negotiating vendor pricing, and documenting quotation details. The coordinator builds relationships with internal and external customers, obtains follow-up information, and delivers accurate quotes within deadlines. The role requires quotation or inside sales experience, strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency, excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and independent self-management skills.

Provide technical authority and engineering support for HDPE and engineered thermoplastic piping systems across North America. Engage early in project design to influence specifications, develop engineered solutions, prepare technical submittals, and support sales and fabrication teams. Deliver technical training, troubleshooting, standards compliance, and coordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
