Lead engineering teams to deliver a modern, composable digital platform by implementing reusable services, API-first and event-driven architectures, cloud-native distributed systems, observability, and operational excellence. Drive platform modernization, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineering leaders to improve velocity, scalability, and reliability.

Lead multiple AI engineering and innovation squads to design, build, and scale AI-powered products on Google Cloud. Translate AI strategy into roadmaps, provide technical leadership across architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD, telemetry, and APM, manage budgets/vendors, hire and develop teams, and ensure production reliability, security, and measurable business value.

Serve on the centralized Workday team to configure, test, troubleshoot and support multiple Workday modules. Handle escalated tickets, data loads, release testing, root-cause analysis, collaborate with Workday, provide SME guidance and advise leadership on system requirements and best practices.

Leads multiple IT infrastructure implementation projects, including network, voice, wireless, cabling, telecommunications, branch openings, relocations, renovations, and technology upgrades. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, procurement, documentation, installation, testing, stakeholder communications, and operational readiness. Partners with Engineering, Facilities, Support, contractors, and business teams to ensure compliant, successful deployments.

Leads operational internal audit engagements across branches and distribution centers, including planning, risk assessment, process walkthroughs, testing, fraud analysis, workpaper review, findings, and reporting. Evaluates financial, operational, compliance, governance, risk management, and supply chain controls. Coaches audit associates, collaborates with management and executives, recommends process improvements, applies data analytics and automation, and ensures compliance with professional audit standards.

Lead development of ceiling fan controls and systems including AC/DC/BLDC motor controls, RF/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth smart-home integration, PCB and 3D CAD design, prototyping and testing, supplier coordination, performance optimization (airflow, noise, energy), compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting post-production troubleshooting.

Serve as the Airtable functional expert and administrator: gather requirements, design and build Airtable bases/interfaces/automations, integrate via APIs/middleware, ensure data integrity and reporting, provide user support and training, and support project delivery and UAT.

Prepare detailed industrial piping and fabrication drawings, maintain CAD/BIM standards and templates, create and update BIM/VDC models, collaborate with customers, review construction documents, and support global BIM/VDC initiatives to meet project deadlines.

Manage the strategy and roadmap for Costing and Rebates capabilities, coordinating with Finance, Accounting, and tech teams to deliver solutions that enhance financial outcomes and operational efficiency.

Promote Ferguson's engineered stormwater, erosion control, and geosynthetics products to specifiers across New England. Generate project opportunities, deliver technical presentations, attend tradeshows, perform site visits, support specification and installation processes, coordinate with sales and technical teams, and track the sales pipeline to grow regional revenue.

Coordinate EPC project activities alongside the Project Manager: manage schedules, monitor construction progress, organize vendor and customer meetings, expedite site purchases, and handle day-to-day project operations to ensure on-time delivery and workflow efficiency.

Manage project documentation for EPC customers: collect, scan, upload, assemble, control revisions, and load documents into customer document management systems. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and customers to meet delivery and compliance requirements.

Lead and manage proposal development using Shipley best practices: review solicitations, coordinate cross-functional teams, draft and edit compliant, persuasive proposal content and graphics, maintain proposal assets, support sales throughout pursuit lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Prepare and maintain master list pricing and vendor quotes, produce pricing reports and presentations, validate and execute list price updates, manage vendor quote entries through CORE, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support pricing processes and documentation.

Perform QA/QC reviews of mechanical and plumbing BIM models, coordinated drawings, and fabrication documentation to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with contract documents, specifications, manufacturer requirements, codes, and company standards. Communicate findings to VDC teams, PMs, and trade partners and support continuous improvement.

The Plant Takeoff Specialist reviews project documents, performs material takeoffs, and collaborates with project managers and engineers for water and wastewater projects, ensuring accuracy and scope compliance.
