Participate in an 8–12 month credit training program covering warehouse and sales operations, customer relationships, trade credit extension, accounts receivable, and collections. Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills through mentoring, customer visits, meetings, and operational shadowing. The program prepares associates for a Credit Manager career managing customer portfolios and credit risk. Initial training is in Brooklyn, NY, with required openness to relocation afterward.

Performs QA/QC reviews of BIM models, shop drawings, piping systems, and fabrication deliverables for water and wastewater treatment projects. Validates work against specifications and contract documents, identifies clashes and constructability issues, coordinates interdisciplinary resolutions, and improves BIM/VDC quality standards. The role also provides technical guidance, mentors team members, and participates in project coordination meetings. This position is fully remote within the United States.

Coordinate EPC project activities alongside the Project Manager: manage schedules, monitor construction progress, organize vendor and customer meetings, expedite site purchases, and handle day-to-day project operations to ensure on-time delivery and workflow efficiency.
