Director of Strategy & Operations supporting Fetch’s Data and Expanded Core businesses. Acts as a strategic advisor to revenue leaders, using data analysis to inform priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and identify growth opportunities. Drives operational execution, KPI and dashboard development, cross-functional coordination, channel management, process optimization, and executive-level reporting. The role requires strong strategic problem-solving, financial acumen, project management, and experience scaling early-stage business initiatives.

Leads client relationships, campaigns, onboarding, reporting, renewals, upsells, and revenue growth for emerging verticals. The role manages client engagements, campaign setup, performance analysis, presentations, billing, and strategic recommendations. It partners with sales and cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes, retention, and budget expansion while using AI, automation, dashboards, and CRM tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
