Junior Project Manager responsible for planning, launching, scaling, and reporting on Fever’s live entertainment experiences. The role coordinates with marketing, operations, product, engineering, venues, partners, and event organizers; analyzes business opportunities; improves processes; supports revenue growth and customer satisfaction; develops best practices for expansion across markets; and represents Fever at events and with local PR. The position is hybrid in Manhattan and offers professional training and coaching.

The Senior Creative Solutions Project Manager will drive brand partnership projects, manage client communication, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with teams to develop proposals.

Develop, launch, and manage live entertainment experiences from concept through execution. Responsibilities include sourcing venues and partners, negotiating contracts, analyzing financial and operational metrics, optimizing ticket sales, tracking P&L, forecasting, coordinating cross-functional teams, scaling successful events, and maintaining high customer and operational standards.
